The Club's Rural Response Group has once again mobilised to assit those in the fire savaged areas of Victoria

A "call to arms" has again been received follow thr tragic fires of the 7th Feb, and continuing to burn.

The Rural Response Group is chaired by Doug Hammerton who has be seconded to 4WD Vic to undertake a co-ordinating role for all 4WD Clubs across Victoria.

The pajero Club will be working in two zones, Toolangi (covering Narbathin, Buxton, Taggerty and Marysville) and Gippsland (covering Churchill, Bunyip, etc).  Heading up the co-ordination for these zones will be Brian McLaughlin and Laurie Finlay.

Once we're allowed into the areas and engagements have been made with the Community Disaster Co-ordinators, trips will be organised to go in and assist with clearance, fencing, dam clearing, etc.  Trips will be published as eTrips so look out for these initiatives.
